Rebuilding Relationships, Restoring Hope
Rebuilding Relationships, Restoring Hope
Welcome to Love After Addiction! I'm Kimberly, the heart and soul behind this digital space. Here's a little glimpse into the journey that brought me here. I found myself lost in addiction for most of my adult life. I struggled with loving myself, knowing my purpose in life, toxic relationships, legal issues and not knowing how to climb out of the hole I had dug for myself. When I met my now husband Francisco, I had no idea that he would be the one God chose for me to spend my life with. He was also lost in addiction. We have been through so much together, good & bad. However, in the midst of despair, a glimmer of hope emerged. Through faith, resilience, and unwavering determination, we broke free from the chains of addiction. Today, we stand as a testament to the transformative power of recovery. This blog is more than just words on a screen – it's a shared journey. My husband and I have navigated the treacherous waters of addiction and recovery together. We're in the midst of challenges, awaiting the uncertain, yet we find solace in our shared faith and love for each other. Our story is one of redemption, rooted in the unshakeable foundation of faith. In the face of uncertainties and separation, we find hope in Jesus, cherishing the moments we are able to share together.
I wanted to start the "Love After Addiction" Blog to share my story of Love and Hope with others who may be going through similar circumstances in their life. I am here to encourage other women or couples. This blog is an invitation to join us on this journey of resilience, faith, and dreams. Whether you're seeking inspiration, encouragement, or a sense of connection, you're not alone. Together, let's explore the pathways from darkness to light and embrace the possibilities that faith and hope can unfold. Let us be proof that there truly is Love after Addiction.
Thank you for being a part of this community. Here's to healing, growth, and the extraordinary love jurney ahead.
